Our patio has direct sun from 3 to 8pm every day. We love our patio but it's hot. We contacted several companies, Fabric Bin in Georgetown being one of them. I found Fabric Bin 6 years ago searching the web. I needed a motor-retractable screens for my backyard west-facing windows. I called them back a four years later for maintenance -- again, they did a great job. So this year, my wife and I decided to have a similar screen put onto our front yard window. Example: they needed power (which I simply didn't think about, but when I did, it WAS something to worry about). They found the perfect solution: tap onto a power plug in my front room by drilling a small hole in the exterior wall. Absolutely the least changes possible to accomplish this task, and no scars internally or externally remained. Needless to say, I'm hooked on Fabric Bin. You will be too.
